I have worked for both - I like small companies best - the smaller companies I have worked for have offered the same pay or better with much better benefits and more flexibility.
I would love to own my own company some day, but I worry that it might fail!

Yes, big company for me, too. Usually better benefits and health plans, because just like goods, the more you buy, the better deals you get.

I have worked for both but I didn't really have a preference. At this time we own our business so of course that is the best. I can do what I want.
