I just removed my acrylic nails and my nails are dry, ripped, and in layers...It ripped some of my natural nails off leaving lines of uneven nail surface... Please help!!!

I, have problem skin.
i can make a list of alllll the things wrong with it, the thing is, is that i would rather spend time doing something about it. So i need some help guys.

1. i have HUMONGOUS pores on my cheeks, like bigger than the tip of a sharpened pencil, i also have some redness that is slowly fading, but not soon enough.
2. inbetween my brows and at the start of my forehead, i have awful BRIGHT red bumps that are just red, i cant pop them, there not painful, just really red. I also have many remaining black heads here.
3. on my nose, i have many big black/brown balckheads, but instead of the flat characteristic, when i squeeze them (trying not to be gross here) about an inch long yellow tube oozes out of my pore. Its gross, i know!!
4. on my chin, i have white bumps that are IMPOSSIBLE to get rid of, and a big painful blemish.

god what do i do?! Is there any effective home remedies to treat this? These and drugstore recomendations are welcome!!

My next dermatologist appointment is on 11/20/2007. I want to go to my next appointment and ask my dermatologist if I should continue using benzaclin, instead of throwing out 50 dollars to get it refilled. Would the out of date benzaclin still treat my acne until my next appointment. The labels says to discard on 10-14-2007. I'm pretty sure its still biologically active, but not as active as when I originally picked it up from CVS pharmacy.

i shave just above my knees have done for years but was wondering if anyone shaves all the way up to the thighs and even the bum? I'm a naturally hairy blond person on my thighs bum and arms and am thinking of shaving all the way up but am afraid it'll grow back thick n black? how about the arms? anyone shave them?

Years ago my right earlobe split from wearing too heavy earrings. It's unnoticeable but I've had my hair cut short and would like to wear earrings again (don't like clip ons). Can I have it sewn back together and where would I get this done?

I cant stop picking my lips, its impossible.. what do i do!?
whenever i'm watching tv, talking to someone, reading a book, doing a test,, i pick! and i cant help it!
chap stick can work, if i dont pick my lips.. which is hard.

Has anyone had or know anyone has had the lipo INJECTIONS not suction on ankles? My ankles are fat, no matter how much weight I loose. I had a plastic surgeon consultation for lipo injections and they have never performed this procedure before. Any info would be great! Thanks.

I get flaky blemishes and white heads and few black heads frequently throughout the month especially around my menstraul.

What is the best way to get rid of these problems?

I also, get bags under my eyes a lot.

I have had both of my tragus' pierced. The tenderness and swelling didn't last longer than a day. However...I just got my anti-tragus pierced and its still sore. It's a little red. Swelling is almost nothing but noticable if you look closely. Is this normal? How long will this last? I have had it for 4 days now...

I got my ear pierced like were my cartilage is on the top of my ear, and iam scared if its infected or not.

When it is infected? does it turn blue? or somthing?

Its been hurting a ton since i got it pierced about a week ago. I have been using the stuff they give you to clean it, every night.

My skin used to be perfect and flawless like two months ago and now it is seemingly a disaster. I'm 16 and I'm pretty developed as in like boobs, hips, etc. but I'm almost done growing and I thought the extent of my puberty was over. Now my skin is oily all the time and I have way more pimples. I wash it twice a day with like basic neutrogena oil-free cleanser and use an astringent but its not getting better and I don't know why it got worse. Could it have been the changing of the seasons?
