When I said that my own mother though she got upset and thought I was making fun of her....!

I believe bags under the eyes are caused by either a lack of sleep, or a lack of fatty tissue (similar to what causes wrinkles). My first suggestion would be to rest more, and see how that goes.

Rub a small amount of Preparation-H under your eyes. This reduces the swelling (bags).

Don't laugh but when models get that problem, they
apparently apply hemorrhoid cream. It shrinks hemorrhoids;
why not bags under the eyes?? I thought it hilarious when
they revealed what they do.
