i have homecoming coming up and i need to get rid of it with home things. I heard toothpaste works.

Aspirin mask is better than toothpaste.
Crush 4 - 6 plain, uncoated aspirin tablets and mix it w/ a little water to make mask. Or mix them with Queen Helene Mint Julep mask or aloe vera gel instead of water. Apply a thin layer to your clean face & let dry for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off w/ cool water.

Toothpaste sometimes will help dry the pimple out, but may leave skin irritated and flaky... I suggest holding an ice cube on it for a couple of minutes, this will cause swelling to go down. Then just sleep with some on-the-spot acne treatment on it. This may not get rid of it, but help reduce size! If the pimple is not gone in time for homecoming try putting some vizine (yes, the eye drops!) on it, and this will take the redness away... just like for eyes!

LOL- toothpaste aggrivates it more!!! i find the best thing that works for me is steaming your face with HOT BOILING water, add strong herbal tea to the mixture, then sit for an hour each day to open your pores after that take tea-tree-oil that you buy from the drug store (its flipen cheap) and before you go to sleep dab it across your face with cotton wool.

For about ten bucks you can get adult Acnomel. I started using it about 2 weeks ago. It has worked wonders. Got it at Rite aid.
