Obviously women who have the body for one. Skinny doesn't mean bikini body! Some women naturally look great in a bikini and for the others....there are plenty of swimsuits available in all styles.
I personally wouldn't be caught dead in a bikini! I don't have the body for one. So I wear swimsuits that are appropriate for my body type.

my 16 year old big sister ,but she has no boobs lol ,if i was a little sminnier, see im very curvy and i do have quite big boobs for my age suposedly lol,im 14 and am taller and curvier than my big sister and my mum lol imthe socond talest in the family,im 5 foot 6 and a half of 5 foot 7 my dad is 5 foot 10 lol im catching up lol,
im a 32 b/c lol but my friend has 34 d and she is 13 lol i just turned 14 on friday there lol
