Has anyone had or know anyone has had the lipo INJECTIONS not suction on ankles?

Has anyone had or know anyone has had the lipo INJECTIONS not suction on ankles? My ankles are fat, no matter how much weight I loose. I had a plastic surgeon consultation for lipo injections and they have never performed this procedure before. Any info would be great! Thanks.
