I got my tongue pierced about a day and a half ago.. I know it's probably going to stay swollen for up to a week, but the pain is so much worse than the swelling. My gums and especially my bottom teeth are so sore it gives me a killer headache. I've tried taking pain meds but they arent helping.. the pain under my tongue is getting to the point that I can't sleep or eat, is this really normal??

I don't really need opinions.. I don't care if you think they're tacky or whatever.. I'm just searching for answers from people who have had it done or know a lot about it..

Burn from hair straightener!?
The other day I was straightening my hair and I accidentally burnt my chin. My skin that had been burnt turned darker, and I thought that rubbing it would take that darkness away.. I was wrong; it ended up peeling, now its even worse. Is there anything I can put or use to make the burn less visible? I'm really desperate! I don't want it to turn into a scar since it is fairly large.

For washing the face. I use to be addicted to proactive, but due to finances, i can't really afford to use it anymore. That stuff worked good for me, I have tried abunch off other's like neutergena, clearsil,aveno,etc..but they just don't do the trick, and their are SO many too choose from, i almost get overwhelmed shopping for some. I have combination skin with the T-zone oily, get bad blackheads on the nose, and since im up in cold freakin canada, my face is dry too, does anyone have any suggestions what product line is good? I need a facewash,toner, and face cream. thanks in advance for any answers ;)

i was considering either olay daily renewal cleanser, or there anti aging/ anti blemish daily cleanser.

i have the beginnings of fine lines, i occasionally break out ( 1 or 2 pimples a month) i have some discoloration from acne scars, and also dry patches.

i was wondering if someone has used either one of these and there expierence.

Awhile back I came across this documentary about "Lipodisolv"
Wich is a patented soja-extract that is used by a clinic to dissolve fatcells in problem ereas through injecting.
Instead of surgically cutting it away.

I can't find much info about this. It supposed to be this 1 clinic in America.
And I don't know if there are any clinics wich utilize this same treatment in Netherlands or Belgium in Europe.

As there are alot of medical students and professionals working in
dfifferent fields wich also post on this Q&A website.

well they're blue, and they have flecks of gold and a hazel-ish circle near the pupil. But they change colors during the day. they turn: grey, icy blue, sea green, aquamarine, and then they turn hazel. The overall color is the only thing that changes, the flecks and that circle stays.

and do you know what type of eyeshadow and techniques that makes eyes appear larger?
