well they're blue, and they have flecks of gold and a hazel-ish circle near the pupil. But they change colors during the day. they turn: grey, icy blue, sea green, aquamarine, and then they turn hazel. The overall color is the only thing that changes, the flecks and that circle stays.
and do you know what type of eyeshadow and techniques that makes eyes appear larger?

You are very very fortunate to have eyes that change color. It gives you an array of colors you may use. If you want to make your eyes appear bigger I wouldn't advise loading the bottom of your eye with eyeliner (it also depends on the shape of the eye too) Your best bet would be to have a consultation
done up with a makeup artist. They can give you many tips which you can use for different occasions.

your eyes sound beautiful i would try using a shimmery gold and just line the bottom lashes with black eyeliner and put a small amount of white shimmer in the inter corner of your eyes

My daughter's eyes are the same and I tell her she has chameleon eyes. They change with what she wears too. Consider yourself lucky!
The eyeshadow I'm not sure about.

thats an interesting question. my stepmoms eyes do that to. I would just consider that miselaneous. Oh, and I use a large coat of any mascara you perfer.

my eyes also change colors and they call my eyes hazal because when they are hazal that means they change colors for the eyeshaddow part you should go to a mac store and ask.

I heard to make your eyes appear bigger is to wear white eyeliner instead of black. hope it works
