Whenever you feel like it? I, for one, have never seen the upside to having women look like they're five "down there."

try utilising a more desirable severe priced razor (the more desirable severe priced ones are a lot more desirable, believe me). I had an same problem at the same time as i became shaving "down there" and became utilising one among those ineffective razors the position you get 10 in a %.! To be honest, i exploit females's Venus razors now, and my pores and skin is comfortable like a toddler! believe me, that's the razor you're utilising....

For women, it depends on the individual if that is their thing. Would look nice if kept representable. The "BUSH" is a little played out. Having a mouth full of hair is a little annoying. Like a cat spitting up fur balls. Keep it nice and trimmed or shaved to reveal a healthier look, "Camel Toes."
For guys, it depends on the individual, even though men tend to be more primitive with their pubes.

I started shaving my legs, all the way up to my bikini line when I was eleven. I'm sure you'll be fine doing it at any age.

Any age really. If you don't like it you will never do it again(live and learn).
If your a guy, your thing looks bigger and if your a girl,why fight the forest to get to the picnic.

Don't do it. The hair actually serves as protection against foreign particles getting into your vagina. Just keep yourself trim. We have enough to shave as it is with legs and underarms. Don't create more work! :-)
