I have tried No Bite nail polish, Acrylic Nails (once they came off they were so weak i coould practically bend them right off) Bandaids so on so forth. I also pick my nails (and bite!) is this a commen problem. I am tired of my nails being SO short all the time! Please Please Please! I am DESPERATE!! I started when i was four and havent been able to stop since. My mom bites and picks also!

A friend of mine recently got a tattoo and it's the most hilarious thing. It's right above her hair line and it's of a little old man pushing a lawn mower. Her clothing hides it so it's no problem I was just debating about doing something similar. I have really pale skin (the kind that freckles rather than tans) but I don't know if I should.

My ears have had holes in them for a looooong time (several years). These are my earrings, and no one else wears them. Would wiping them off with a paper towel be sufficient? or do I really need to use some ear cleaning stuff?

I asked a question about a hour ago where i should go to get my cartilage pierced. A mall kiosk and doing it myself are now out of the question. But now its between a doctors office((lame)) or a tattoo/body piercing shop. Which would be better for these two piercings.

I'm going to Panama City Fla. and since there are so many peircing places around where I'm staying it should be easy to find a clean parlor with experienced peircers.

But I want to know how to take care of it after it's done. Since you mouth comes in contact with a variety of food drinks and bacteria everyday. Are there any foods or drinks I should stay away from until it heals? Can you tell me what you at least think I should do?

I'm not doing it because it's trendy or popular or for... oral sex (uugh).. I think peircings are beautiful way to express yourself and are quite attractive.

Hi,
I recently got my second lobe peircing and have been wanting to get more piercings. I wanted to get a 3rd hole high in my left lobe and a cartilage next to it. There are a few tattoo (and body piercing shops I guess) around here but i don't wanna go there for something this simple. So do you suggest I do it myself or go to a mall kiosk or something?

I just got my 2nd tattoo 3 days ago. The artist told me to wait 2 weeks before getting in a hot tub or chlorine pool. What will happen if I do get in the pool? I'm actually having some minor regrets, so I'm wondering if the chlorine/pool will fade it, take it away, or half way fade it (and I'll end up looking stupid), or get me infected? Anybody ever gotten in a pool or hot tub too soon after getting a tattoo? What happened?

So, here's my question! I think I'm a totally normal sweater and I have no problems any other time of the year - it's just the summer time! What deodorants do you all use (especially in the summer when you're wearing tank tops) to keep smelling great all day long and to avoid those annoying white clumps of deodorant under your arms?!? They are so annoying and VERY unattractive! Help :)

I got breast implants 6 years ago because I lost weight and was very flat chested. How do you feel about your chest? Any advice on being happy with what you've got? I really want to get another surgery done...but right now can't afford it. I feel mine are still too small and I don't like their shape.

I HAVE BEEN TOSSING AROUND THE IDEA ABOUT GETTING A TATTOO FOR ALMOST 4 YEARS NOW. THE THINGS THAT STOPS ME FROM DOING IT IS THAT I DON'T REALLY LIKE NEEDLES AND I WANT TO BE ABLE TO HIDE IT WHEN NECESSARY. I AM NOT SURE WHERE TO PUT IT BUT I LIKE THE LOWER BACK AND THE TOP/SIDE OF THE FOOT. I KNOW THAT IT IS GOING TO HURT NO MATTER WHAT BUT IF ANYONE CAN GIVE ME SOME ADVICE ON WHICH WOULD HURT THE LEAST I WOULD APPRECIATE IT. THANKS GUYS!!!

Please don't answer with some smart answer about not getting a tattoo at all; you are entitled to your opinion, but they don't belong here!

I have a tattoo on my lower back and want to get another one either on my inner leg towards my ankle, on the back of my neck or on my upper arm. I want a smaller tattoo on one these spots so it is visible if I want it to be, but not right out there if I want to hide it.

If I do the neck I will probably get a calla lily, if I do the leg I will probably get a fairy/angel with a calla lily, if I do the arm I will probably do a tribal band with calla lillies (which will match my back tattoo).

Which would you recommend as far as looks and/or less pain and/or less money? Open to opinions and suggestions as long as it pertains to actually getting the tattoo.

Hi, I'm planning a cover up tattoo on my back and have decided what I want but I can't locate any free designs to base mine on. I plan to design it myself but need some to look at as a guideline and was wiondering whether anyone could help me find any images?? I want a design based on the japanese lotus flower or something similar. Preferably in darker colours as it needs to cover an exisiting black tattoo that I've grown out of - it was good at the time but not now! I am out in the sun a lot and I barley wear sunscreen on my face. My skin is very dry and is not looking so good. I do have oil of Olay lotion I use twice a day. Does anyone know a really good reasonably priced moisturizing face lotion that will not break me out?
