Where on my body should I get my next tattoo?

Please don't answer with some smart answer about not getting a tattoo at all; you are entitled to your opinion, but they don't belong here!

I have a tattoo on my lower back and want to get another one either on my inner leg towards my ankle, on the back of my neck or on my upper arm. I want a smaller tattoo on one these spots so it is visible if I want it to be, but not right out there if I want to hide it.

If I do the neck I will probably get a calla lily, if I do the leg I will probably get a fairy/angel with a calla lily, if I do the arm I will probably do a tribal band with calla lillies (which will match my back tattoo).

Which would you recommend as far as looks and/or less pain and/or less money? Open to opinions and suggestions as long as it pertains to actually getting the tattoo.

i like the arm. lillies are great but with a tribal symbol it would look japanese kina and i luv stuff like that. plus it is nice when tattoos match when u don't have like a whole body suit. u no. like ya..lol

but i like the arm.

I have never gotten a tattoo so I can't really tell you about prices or if it hurts more or less, but I can tell you the neck would be the best spot to get your tattoo at, not only because it looks cute on a girl, but you can make it obvious if you want or just hide it anytime...well, actually, it depends where you live (hot or cold weather) and how you wear your hair most times...because if you wear your hair on a pony tail most of the times and you are at a place where you have hot weather, the moment you want to hide it, it might be too hot to have your hair down...it really depends on what you think will work best for you, but I'd love to see it on your neck!

I like all three of your choices. I think the back of the neck tattoos are really cute, especially if you look good with your hair pulled up. A girl I know has a small one on the side of her neck but kinda more up behind her ear & it looks really cute when she wears her hair up. The only thing that I recommend you think about on your arm is that tribal bands tend to look kinda masculine. If you do that one, I suggest you go with very fine, dainty lines. Good luck!!!

i personally like the wrist, neck and ankles. it's so sexy.

but if you're going to get it on the ankle, make sure you get the tattooist to explain to you thoroughly where it'll hurt the most because the skin around it is relatively more sensitive as compared to say your lower back (unless you have skin of a rhino), especially near your achilles heel. and, be aware that ankle tats take alot of care to avoid it faiding and cracking because it's at an area where you move alot.

a tattoo right at the top of your spine also may hurt alittle because it's on the bone area.

overall, i think the pain is really nothing for the beauty of having a tattoo that symbolises you so have fun deciding!

I say either the arm or neck. I think the ankles are getting to be overused for tattoos.

i reckon the neck.

no-one will really notice the ankle and the arm seems to be a male thing so i wouldn go for that one either, unless u have really nice arms n want to show them off then that changes everything

All three sound good.
Have about the same pain factor.
lowest Price...I'd say back of the neck.
It's the smaller of the three. I like it best.

Maybe on the back of the NECK!!!! you can shown it sumtyms by doing diff. hairstyles, or you can hide it if u'r going to be formal or whatever..
