A friend of mine recently got a tattoo and it's the most hilarious thing. It's right above her hair line and it's of a little old man pushing a lawn mower. Her clothing hides it so it's no problem I was just debating about doing something similar. I have really pale skin (the kind that freckles rather than tans) but I don't know if I should.

Do not under any circumstances get a humorous tattoo - the joke always wears off. It will be with you for the rest of your life.
Find a design you like. Pin it beside your bed where you can see it every day, and if you still like it in 6 months, then get it done.

Tattoos are cool, but do put alot of thought into it and don't get something as silly as what she got. I have the same skin tone and have two, one on each shoulder blade. I put some thought into it and got something I will never regret.

Well thats a personal decision, because tattoo's are permanent and nobody here can really tell you the answer since its going on your body not there's.
Just think on it before you follow through.... you might find you dont want to do it afterall.

def do not get a tattoo of a man mowing lawn. u will not like that in a few years. if ur gonna get a tattoo sit and think about what its gonna be

Don't copy someone's tattoo or even get one similar.....come up with your own unique idea if you really want a tattoo.
