My brother has a piercing in his ear that was stretched to about a 2 gauge and now he has to have it surgically closed. does anyone know what type of doctor can perform this operation and what its called??

I would think a plastic surgeon as the first choice. The trick is to avoid a scar uglier than the original hole so you need a specialist.
