Skin & Body - April 2007

I only have about half an hour to get ready in the morning, so I need a quick method. I get 7-8 hours of sleep per night. I would prefer not to use any creams, etc.

I have Spots on my forehead and jaw. i am 13. they are really embarressing now and im getting more and more. i am not overweight and i eat a balanced diet..well i think i do. and i'm health. but ive tried scraping them off it doesnt work because they are flat. they are red. it is really BORING Drinking 3l mineral water every day for a month because it is really annoying and i hardly see results.

I'm thinking about doing a tatoo in the middle of my back and ocured me... isn't that kinda risky to get needled so many times near your spinal cord!? i'm a pretty skinny guy lol. and i don't wanna get paralized because of something like that...

i always turn like

i like having a orangy color

and i know it might be a retarted question
But does sunblock keeps skin from tanning?
Ive always known sunblock for rly pale people who get sun burned and rly redd , or its used to protect against the suns damage

But i was wondering if it could be used to stop the tanning :l

then is there anything else i could use/do?
Please i just went out for a jog today and its pretty nice and sunny outside
and i pretty much BURNED and look rly dark :(

I always hear that it is bad for the face... then I see that some skin care products do provide a soap bar as the first step to cleansing. According to some magazines, soap bars are too rough for the face... I'm guessing they meant the regular ones where it's used to clean the body, but I'm not too sure... does it also apply to beauty soap bars that are sold in cosmetics?

Sounds a bit confusing to me...

So I get a wax, and the next day I've got these little white bumps. They're almost like TINY whiteheads. Does anyone else get these and use a product or have a remedy for them? Preferably nothing with an alcohol base or harsh exfoliant as the area is already sensitive from the waxing.

I have combination skin with occastional small breakouts. I tried st. Ives invigorating scrub and it was too harsh for me. Please suggest a gentle scrub (a drugstore) for my skin.
