As a mater of fact all the "Aloe Skin Regime" from "The Body Shop"are great for sensitive skin.
From the supermarket I have tried "Personal Expressions Apricot Scrub" it's a gentle scrub. It is destribuited by H-E-B
These supermarkets are found in Texas, and maybe other southern states.
I don't know how sensitive your skin is so read the following recommendations. If irritaion continues with any of these mild homemade recipes I will suggest that you don't scrub at all, and consult a dermatologist that can give you a prescription to control your breakouts.
Before you apply any scrub:
Make sure your skin is free from cuts, wounds, rashes etc
Always test by using a little paste on your arm to see that it doesn't cause any reaction.
Be extremely careful in the bath or shower since it could become very slippery.
Once you are satisfied that this works for you, why wait? Go out there and pamper yourself like never before and flaunt your skin with the total satisfaction of a natural homemade scrub.
Homemade scrub for sensitive skin:
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
Heavy cream or half-and-half, as needed
1. In a blender, food processor, or spice grinder, grind oats and sunflower seeds until fine.
2. Place ground oats and seeds in a bowl and add enough cream to make a spreadable paste, stirring thoroughly to combine.
3. Standing in your tub or shower, apply the paste to your body with circular strokes, paying special attention to your driest areas, and including your face.
4. After about 5 minutes, rinse thoroughly and shower or bathe as usual, or simply apply your usual moisturizer. This easy-to-make formula will help to dissolve the “glue” that binds dead skin cells together, allowing them to fall away like autumn leaves, revealing the smooth, soft skin underneath. The secret is fresh alphahydroxy fruit acid--in this case from tomatoes, still in season--and sugar.
Get the skin-freshening exfoliating formula here:
Gentle Scrub for Fresher Skin - Formula
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup granulated sugar
Chopped fresh tomato
2 tablespoons yogurt or sour cream
1. Place the sugar in a small bowl. Add enough fresh chopped tomato to moisten, then add yogurt. Combine and apply to a clean, damp face, using fingertips to gently massage the formula into skin.
2. Allow formula to remain on skin for 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water and pat dry.
In caring for sensitive skin, the following should be kept in mind:
* Try to avoid extreme temperatures, hot or cold, even in cleansing and showering.
* Don't overstimulate the skin with massage, rubbing or overcleansing.
* Consider supplementing with anti-inflammatory nutrients as well as powerful antioxidants, which reduce oxidative stress in the tissues. Sensitive skin ages more quickly than non-sensitive skin, so you want to be vigilant here.
* Avoid hot and spicy foods, alcohol and smoking. These affect the dilation and constriction of the capillary walls and will worsen sensitivity.
Ingredients to look for in your skin care products are the following:
* Licorice: this ingredient is appearing in all sorts of products lately, from self tanners to moisturizers, even deoderants! It's no small wonder why: one of licorice's chemical constituents, glycyrrhetinic acid, can protect your skin from irritation. Skin suffering from acne, or subjected to regular use of alpha hydroxy acids or retinoids, can benefit from this calming herb.
* Green Tea: Green Tea has gained big press lately for its antioxidant capabilities. Green Tea has also been found to have exceptional anti-inflammatory and anti-allergenic powers, due to its high catechin (polyphenol) content.
* Aloe Vera: Aloe is a powerful plant that helps to accelerate the healing process for irritated or sunburned skin. It softens, soothes and hydrates. Some people are allergic to aloe, however, and if you are one of them this ingredient will not be in the least bit soothing for you!
Finally, reducing the level of stress in your life can signifcantly improve inflammatory conditions. Stress releases hormones within the body that accelerate inflammation and aging. At the risk of sounding a little too "New Age", a few hours of Yoga weekly can improve core strength and help you handle the stressful triggers in your life

Queen Helene Oatmeal and Honey gentle exfoliating face wash. Very gentle and good for every couple days. Between those times, use something really mild for your skin. Compare products and prices in the skin care section of your drug store. You don't want to use an exfoliant every day, no matter how gentle.
If your face continues to give you problems, you may want to see a dermatologist.

Nu Skin exfoliating scrub is made of very tiny particles that are designed to break like a bubble if too much pressure is applied, before they harm your skin. Not available in drugstores but you can get it here. http://orderonline.mynuskin.com/
It's the gentlest scrub I've found for my sensitive skin.
