Dark circles can treated with regular and gentle care. Cover your eyes with cotton soaked in lukewarm milk for 15 minutes everyday to remove the dark circles around your eyes or dip cotton pads into freshly extracted mint juice, flatten them and place them on closed eyelids for 10 to 15 minutes. Some more useful tips at http://useinfo-darkcircles.blogspot.com/

Using makeup is great, however its not solving the problem. Dark circles are caused by a variety of things, poor diet, poor circulation, and most commonly your parents... their genes that is.
The best way to help minimise the darks is to get enough sleep (which you are), drink at least 2-3 litres of water a day and to also have a healthy diet and exercise. This helps flush out toxins and helps circulation.
If your looking for a treatment of sorts, try putting some cotton pads in milk then but the bowl in the ice box for 15 mins then place it over your eyes (best done the night before) - this is great for puffy eyes too. Naturally your skin will want to heat the pads up to its normal body temp - thus increasing circulation.
Also massaging around the eye area lightly before you go to sleep will help too.

Of course the best way is sleep! but i know that that is never a practical solution, so i have found that draw attention off of those circles, a good conceler wil help, but i use a brown eye liner and mascara, and putting base all over your face, even closing your eyes and putting it EVERYWHERE... your skin looks smoother, and the circles fade, but draw attention away, if you do use conceler, be careful, it can easily be messed up and make things worse... Good Luck!

sounds like you get enough sleep, so do you rub under your eyes a lot, we have tiny blood vessels there and if you rub under your eyes a lot that causes dark circle's. so don't rub, OK. it will take a while for the circles to disappear.
