yes, with many exceptions.

first, glass generally does absorb UV. the cutoff for both sodalime and borosilicate glass is close to 325nm. Effectively, this cuts all UVB and UVC radiation. Quartz is the only "glass" I know of that allows higher energy radiation to pass. Your windows are made from sodalime glass.

the tin oxide coatings placed onto glass reflect/absorb the IR. In my experience, this does not further cut off the UV.

the plastics added to safety glass (i.e. your windshield) contains a ton of UV absorbers. So, windows with safety glass will absorb much more UV

Since UVA and UVB are responsible for tanning, yes, you will become tan inside. Albeit, at far less of a rate than outside.

since I'm on a roll, the plastic used in tanning beds are Acrylic plastic. this is because the UV cutoff for acrylic is in the 340 range, allowing for UVA to tan you. Polycarbonate effectively absorbs all UV radiation (safety glasses and plastic sunglasses)
