when i went to the peircer and asked her about the bump she said that it was just an irratation bump and it would go away in time ....well it has been getting really really small almost so i cant see it but then a few days later it becomes big again this has been going on for almost 2 months ..... should i give up? what should i do?

ok so now softball season is starting again and my skin always breaks out during this time of year. probably because of the hot days when i sweat and then the dirt from the field clogs my pores. what do i do????

I am planning on getting my second tattoo in the next couple weeks. I already have a small one on my wrist. I designed the one I'm planning on getting myself but I'm having a hard time figuring out where to put it! Its 2in wide and 3in tall solid black Gemini symbol. I was thinking maybe upper back shoulder blade area? and other ideas would be great thanks =]

I'm going to Branson with all the girls on my moms side of the family and the last few times we went we all got tattoos but i only got small things..not hard things... this time i want a phoenix on my side..so i was hopeing..wondering if anyone knew of a really good artist in the area?? Thanks!!

if someone tans in a tanning bed for 20 mins, what do you think would be its eqivalent for tanning outside? do you have to tan outside longer than you do in a tanning bed?

The thing is, I'm on my week-long spring break, and I'm going home for 2 days to see my parents and then going back to my apt, so it'd be the ideal time to get it pierced because I probably wouldn't see my parents again for at least 2 weeks and by then, my swelling would have gone down, not to mention the fact that I want to use the spring break as recovery time, I certainly don't want to go back to school with a huge tongue!

I just don't to know if the chemicals they will be using to whiten my teeth will affect my new piercing. I'm starting to think I should just wait to pierce after the whitening, if the chemicals they use are strong enough to whiten teeth, it definitely can't be good for a new piercing, huh?

I'm pretty certain I'm going to get this piercing, and I know of all the risks involved, so please don't waste your time scolding me or trying to tell me horror stories, I've heard them all. Thanks!

I was wondering what kind of results you'd gotten, and if you got the blue peel which mixes the tca with it for a more controlled peel or if you asked the dr to use tca alone. I was hoping to invigorate my skin as the elasticity and pigmentation is not like it used to be, and I'm almost 35. Thanks!

I got an industrial piercing almost a year ago (april 2006) and I am having a hard time getting it to heal. I had two separate pieces of jewelry put in instead of a barbell because of the way my ear was shaped. It seems that when one piercing seems like it's almost healed, the other one becomes infected. I wash them everyday with antibacterial handsoap. I try not to sleep on them but sometimes I do without knowing it and I think that's why they are becoming sore and infected so easily. Sea salt soaks seem to help a bit but I'm starting to think that maybe they are never going to heal and I should just face reality. Any suggestions?

i am between 5'5 and 5'6 ... i weight about 145 but i have a medium size frame... i know im not going to ever be a tiny model but i want to slim down ... i am more curvy than chunky ...i have a bigger chest and butt than most girls my age but my mom just got lipo and a tummy tuck and i feel obese when i stand next to her and she is wearing pants that are like 3 sizes smaller than me . i just want to get fit and look good by summer.any ideas?

I am an African American with med. brown skin. On my legs especially around the backs of my ankles my skin is darker, blochy, and has darken pores with are very visable. I've tried scrubbing and using alphahydoxy lotions as well. why is my skin like this and what can I do to help

I'm a fan of tattoos and have my back inked, which of course isn't visible at work. I'm thinking about getting my whole arm sleeved, or at least 3/4 of it. Does anybody have this done and have any comments, thoughts, or regrets I can consider in deciding?

Ugh. So, I have this problem with my underarm skin. It's grey-looking and not.. smooth like most girl's is. (At least models and such..) My mom thinks it's from shaving dry whenever I was younger, I did it for almost 3 years. (I.E. no soap) I have no idea how to fix this.. because it's going to be rather embarassing whenever I have to wear tanktops and such.. If anyone knows what I can do, please help! <3
