is there any tattoo shop in ohio where you can have a tattoo under 16 with your parents consent,please look for websites,or phone numbers or even just shop names,anything tha will help.

Legally 18 but in some places, they will do it for people 16+ with parental consent. You're going to have to wait...plus...you think that you're probably going to like the same thing when you're 30 or 40+??? My likes/dislikes have drastically changed since I was 16...

I don't think any tattoo studios will work on anyone under the age of 16. I live in Ohio, and do not know of any. Probably need to wait until 16 even with parental consent.
If I were you, I suggest you wait. A tattoo is permanent. Also, if you are not finished growing, it can distort your image.

I hope your absolutely positively sure not only about the tattoo concept but the placement also because it cannot be moved nor changed even with removal it takes longer than it did to get done plus your still left with the ouline...
Look at Angelina Jolie-Pitt, the BillieBob tat on herright arm might have been removed but you can still see the outline in certain light & picture angles....
Your taste is going to change as you get older so please be careful what you pick because your stuck for the rest of our entire life.....

a lot of places will do them, with your parents consent. I had my first one when I was 16...
call around to a few local places and ask. They'll be happy to tell ya

yes at least wait till you are eighteen that way you are finished growing and your opinions may change about what tattoo you want or even if you want one also make sure you can cover it up for job purposes
