wash your face in the morning, before practice/game, after practice/game, and at night (at least 1 or 2 hours before you go to sleep) make sure you have an acne treatment that helps fight acne

also drink lots of water!

ps: please answer my question(s) =)

one thing to do is as soon as you get home wash your face with (a face wash not soap) do this with warm water until your face fills clean! and also don't touch your face during practice to help keep the sweat and dirt off your face as much as possible and if your are a big make up person try not to put makeup on to heavy if you no you are going to sweat a lot cause it will get into your pours+ it will look horrible! well hope this helps!

Find a good regime and stick to it. Promise yourself that.
Also exfoliate twice a week and do a weekend mask.

Try not to wear much make up - and before you go to bed at night and wash your face take a wet, clean warm wash cloth to your face- (heat in micro a few seconds for extra warmth)
it should he draw out the dirt. [then proceed with your evening acne wash, and cream]

Wash your face often. wet your face with hot water (as much as you can stand) to open your pores before washing. After use cool water to close your pores.
