Skin & Body - October 2006

I started using retin-a-micro, as I was warned, it's making my skin peel like crazy.

Are there any at-home remedies you guys know of to help me out a bit?

And yes, I'm keeping my skin hydrated. I've been using super strong moisturizers but nothing's doing the trick.

I'm not broken out at all, but it's making me look like I'm piling on all sorts of make up to cover something up.

Well I'm going to get a tattoo when I turn 18 in Dec. Now the only thing is I'm actually thinking of becoming a family practitionist. For those of you who don't know what this is. Let's just say I'll be trying to become a doctor. Here's the deal though, I want to cover my entire right arm from below the wrist up to my elbow with a tattoo.

For people who are just gonna say, "Eww that's gross. Please **** off now, grab a gun and do us all a favor"

Either way. Would wearing long sleeves at all times on the job get rid of this possibility of me not being able to get this job? Or is stuff like this asked on the interview and asked to be viewed? Will they care as long as I can cover it up or will they judge me based on it?

I'd love some answers from experience.

I already know I can take facial peircings out and it'll be fine. I have a lip ring but when I remove the ring the scar is hardly noticeable. So that's not gonna be a problem.

I have seen just as many white girls with a big booty as I have black girls at the college I attend. Maybe the whole "white girls got no azz" is just a myth or maybe the white girls on this campus are just the exception to the rule.

Do you have to be a certain age to have this procedure ? cuz im 16 and i've got quite a few acne scars all over my face that over the counter products dont seem to be able to fix and im really considering microdermabrasion..and do the dermotologists see this as sort of a last resort ? like will they try to convince me to give the products more time ?

Getting rid of a birthmark?
is it possible to get rid of a birth mark I have a deep dark one sorrounding my eye it looks like ive been punched. Its been there all my life and im tired of it how can i get rid of it. I need something affordable please. If you suggest makeup does it wipe off when i sweat cus im real athletic.
