I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I work with cosmetics and I don't know of a product all in one but for scars the best thing is Palmer's cocoa butter creme.For acne what ever you use just make sure it has benzoile peroxide that works better than silicone acid.

Buy witch hazel from wal mart. It's all natural and PH balanced and doesn't dry out your skin. Both my daughters used it growing up and they have beautiful skin. also, don't use anti plaque tooth paste. It can make acne worse around the mouth and cheek areas. I read it in prevention magazine yrs. ago, helped my daughter when she stopped it. Good luck.

sea water is very good for pimples. It contains a lot of different things that are good for your skin.
