If you want to keep your face clear all the time use witch hazel. Buy at Wal Mart or the pharmacy, a big bottle for 2-4 bucks and use it morning and night. It is a natural astringent and my daughters use it today and they are about grown. It sounds strong but it really isn't. It is PH balanced and is great stuff for a lot of things and it's cheap and doesn't dry out the skin. I'd put some peroxide on that pimple tonight. Just on it and then wash really well after and let it dry until morning. Get the witch hazel asap.
I almost forgot. If you use a tooth paste with antiplaque in it, you may be causing some problems for yourself. I read in prevention magazine several yrs. ago about it causing pimples, around the mouth and cheek area. My daughter stopped and she has been clear. So, that was causing her a problem.

1. ice/cold compress to decrease the swelling and readness

2. Visine takes the red out of pimples too

3. Light application of tea tree oil (if you're not allergic) or some type of astringent

4. Wash your face with anti bacterial soap (like Dial), it's mild enough to not irritate the skin, exfoliants will only irritate it or make it worse.

5. Keep your face clean overnight (so that your pores can breath) and then use a small layer of concealer one shade lighter than your foundation the next day (make sure both are non oil based) and light powder.

1. Wash your face.

2. Soak a washcloth in hot water and hold it on the pimple for at least 5 minutes.

3. If the zit is a whitehead, you may pop it gently (wash your hands first). Avoid drawing blood.

4. Wash your face again.

5. Put a washcloth soaked in cold water or ice on the zit in order to shrink it.

Within 24 hours, you should be able to cover the shrunken pimple with makeup.

Cleanse your face as you normally would. Rinse w/ cold water to close your pores. Use a dab of toothpaste, not the kind w/ gel in it, but the old fashion plain paste. Allow to dry overnight. It will dry out the pimple. If you still have redness in the morning and need to cover it, pick up some GREEN concealer (green cancels red) dab it on, cover with a base, add a little powder and go!!!!

First wash your face with mild soap or facial cleanser. Splash your face with warm water to open pores, apply soap, and rinse with cold to close pores. Then put some ice on the pimple to decrease the swelling. Try some cover up make up too. Don't touch your face alot because that will increase oiliness. Hope this helps!
