i have a whole bunch of tiny little bumps undermy eyes and i have know clue what they are or how to get ride of them can you help me out?

If they are white they are probably milia which need to be treated by a dermatologist. They are basically whiteheads that have closed over. It is probably due to clogged pores from products such as lotions, eyeshadows, eyeliners etc. Make sure you use an oil free products on your face such as lotion or make-up remover.

those bumps are either milia or syringoma..milia is just a whitehead covered with the skin and that can be removed by opening a bit of the skin that covers it and it surfaces out but if those are syringomas that should be cauterized and a dermatologist can perform such procedure
i have syringomas around my eyes and i have them cauterized 2 years ago...if its deeply rooted it needs more than 1 treatment
you can go to a dermatologist so they can recommend the best treatment for you

first if they are white then i know what they are! they are called Milla it because you wear thick creams and they just appear underneath your eyes!i stopped putting lotion under my eyes and they started to shrink!
if your talking about puffiness then its because of lack of sleep and drinking alcohol.
to reduce this you can apply cold ice until it gets to original size!
