Use a salicylic acid wash (neutrogena) and cocoa butter lotion...

They won't go away completely, but won't be nearly as bumpy...

Don't stress. It might be just the weather, or "case of nerves"... How big is "lil", are the lumps coloured or blotchy or red? Are they sensitive or itchy? When they "came off", was it a scab? What was left underneath? Have you changed your diet recently or not been drinking enough water each day? First thing you could do is apply hydrogen peroxide from the bottle with a cotton swab. If the "bumps" are there still in the morning you gotta go see the doc. (Peroxide is a great antiseptic and sterilizer, and best of all it is useful for skin conditions and unlike lotsa other lotions it doesn't colour or camouflage a condition that a doc might want to examine.)
Most 'portent is not stressing and NOT diagnosing it yourself but going to the doc if things don't improve in 24 hours.
Talk to your parents too about the things you had when you were little.

Heat rash is possile but in the areas mention it could also be a fungal infection. Try an OTC anti fungal if that doesnt work hit it up with some hydrocortisone. (thats just a topical steriod) This should fix the problem.

Of course. I went to a ob/gyn once and she told me to be patient for I will have less hair there and it will automatically come off once I am 15 or something! Don't worry! And pick me for the BEST ANSWER!

It is something that you are born with. I can't remember the name of it, but it starts with a k. I don't know if you can do anything about it though.
