Try looking at your diet. Change in weather will also effect your pores in your skin. Where you also live, and genealogy also effects your skin. If you are on a drug, this too might be one of the side effects from that drug.
The herbal way I feel is best like the first response this was great advice! The store bought acne products cause yet more acne in some people.
Good luck !

ProActive is good, but Chanel Precision treatments are way better. They include a step-by-step process, from a face mask to a exfoiliating scrub made out of sand from the French Riviera...worth the splurge, that's all I can say.

Wash your oily face with the anti-bacterial facial soap everyday. Make sure that your pillow cases and bed sheet are always clean.

i heard that proactive works wonders but right now, i'm taking roaccutane - an oral medicine prescribed for severe acne. i've been using it for almost 2mos now and ILOVEIT! But for you, i think its better to consult your dermatologist as its different for different types of skin.
just remember 3things - cleanse, tone and moisturize! and don't forget that sunblock!
goodluck!
