I'm getting married in exactly 1 week. This morning I woke up to find tons of tiny pimples all over my face. I never breakout and maybe have 1-2 zits a year. The only weird thing is, is that in the past hour they have spreak to my neck and chest. They are the same color as my skin, they don't itch or leakj or anything but they are annoying to look at. What could this be and how can I get rid of it?
