it runs about 40-56 dollars just depends.
you will not have to buy anything for tha first 3weeks.
after that when you want to chage it buy a tounge ring.
how they do it;
1:make you wash your mouth out with mouthwash
2:they clamp your tounde with a look like a tong
3:get the niddel ready
4:they put a cork on tha otha end of the neddle,so it dont poke you
5:shove the neddle threw
6:put your tounge ring it

its cost between $20-$30 but i wouldnt pay more than $30. i recommend professional people cuz tell u the truth one of my friends tried to piered it on their own and they had damage a nerve and cant taste the food.(just cuz my friend didnt want to pay)
