You asked the right person, 1st rule FLIRT. Always find excuses to talk to him (or THEM) and make friends with him. Things like "can you help me with this?" (assuming hez intellectual) or if hez average "do you get this?" Thats usually a great conversation starter. Also you can drop your pencil towards his direction and ask him politely to pick it up for you. When he does, give him a flirty smile. (try to have at least one target for every period, that way you wont get bored and you have more choices) Dont give them too much attention, on some days, be really friendly, on others, dont pay attention to him and talk alot with your girlfriends instead, unless he starts talking to you, finish your conversation with him and go back to your gfs. (this helps balance friendship and relationships and creates interest) As for your appearance, always smell nice and have at least one item of interest in your outfits. (a neckalace that stands out, studded boots, outrageous earrings) Your accessories can be conversation starters too.

Well you can dress like a slut and act like one though they will only want one thing from you. Always best to be yourself and do what things you enjoy and let the guys notice you on their own.

Try talking indirectly whit the guy you like, ask a friend to go whit you and ask something that may lead into conversation, but YOU cut it down nicely the conversation like you got something else to do and walk away, this way you made a good first impression.

If you just want any notice, then dress less.
If you want someone to notice you in a good way not a pervert way, then there isn't one formula that works for all girls.
It depends on how you look like and your characters. Your age group is also makes a difference.

Continue to do what you love - you'll eventually meet someone going the same direction as you. Don't worry about trying to win anyone's approval... believe me, if you are being yourself, that will be the ultimate attraction. Seriously.
