i want something really effective apart from electronic items.

I could be very wrong, but I always thought that making your pecs bigger whould make your breasts appear smaller....like the bodybuilder women? I could be wrong though!

I do pushups a lot, but I am naturally big. However, if you do pushups...maybe 15 every other day, that way not to build up massive muscle, then what you do have (muscle wise) will be stonger and you will appear perkier! Definitely a plus there! :) Good luck!

Definitely push ups.

If you have a work out bench or you can use your bed, you lay down and use three pound weights. Lying flat on your back put your arms straight up, bend the elbows and then lower them over your head. Use your pecs to bring the arms back up. (not your arm muscles)

You can also do one side at a time side lifts. Just extend your arm out to the side or at an angle betweenyour side and the top and lift using your pecs. Do reps every day.

Hit all the chest areas.

Decline, Incline, and Flat bench presses.

I'll say 4-6 reps and 2-3 sets each.

Dont forget to do shoulder on serperate days. Girls dig big shoulders too.
