put a sunscreen of at least spf 45 if u a have a fair skin at least 30 min before u jog,,for ultimate protection make sure that ur using a water resistant coverage (for a sweat proof coverage).,, coz sometimes sweating during outdoor exercises,,removes the sunblock uve put on earlier.

This happened could be your diet problem. Check what did you eat. And is your skin exactly getting darker(in colour) or getting dull(not appealling)? Another thing is did you apply any uv protection products? Eventhough there is no sun, but the uv rays which are invisible to your eyes are there. And use a good body scrub once a week.

this should not be the case i am jogging since more than 7 yrs most of the times under the sun still i am fair. take a proper bath. this is just due to pollution.

apply a good sunscreen lotion with an SPF of 15 and above atleast 20 min before u set out for ur jog
