Hello, here is the deal. Kind of embarrasing, but I need advice. I am an avid Tennis player, and I sweat a lot while playing. It has never been a problem before, but this year, I have broke out on my back and chest and it will not seem to go away no matter how many times I wash it. Since I am not going to stop playing tennis, is there anything I can do. My face is perfectly clear, I am 29 and in excellent health and shape... thanks!!!

I tried botox, but it doesn't remove wrinkles; it just makes them less visible when I smile. I did not see much results after microdermobrasion. What else is out there that really works? I am too young for a surgery, but the wrinkles around my eyes make me look older.
