Do not overly wash your face as this will aggrivate your skin. Use a mild soap, I would suggest a foaming cleanserm but you can use dove bar soap and it will work well. The key is, after you wash your face, dab a cotton ball soaked in alcohol on the affected areas. be sure to not do this over your entire face, especially if you have dry or sensitive skin. This should get rid of the pimples in 1-2 days. If you need something really speedy, neutrogena has on the spot treatments that work wonders. But to avoid getting pimples, wash your face 2 times a day, preferably in the morning and then at the end of your day, not before you go to bed.

Ok DONOT USE PROACTIVE
If you start using it you will have to use it FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE because everyone I know uses it and a couple of weeks later they started to get blackheads, redness, swelling on the cheeks and other weird things that you dont want happening. It's also not the best cure for acne either. Also it will leave you skin very very VERY dry.

You should wash your face with Ivory soap or a Facial Cleaner I recommend the Facial Cleaner then take a wet towel and dry your face after that put some cool moist cream on it to reduce it's size. Leave it on for the whole day and at night put some hydocortisone cream on it. Then the next morning it will hardly be visible but you MIGHT see a LITTLE speck DONT WORRY do this again or if your going to school just put makeup on it if it's not totally gone. If it is then you dont need it.

Also my advice to you is drink alot of water and eat alot of fruits also dont stress out too much that will cause more pimples and zits

Everynight and every morning, spread a simple cream with salycilic acid(1%) all over your face. For reduction try a clay mask with mint julipee, do as soon as possible-your face will be red for about 24 hrs. You can get a mask for less than a couple bucks. To prevent breakouts use Neutrogena Acne Wash at least once a day-I cannot stress enough how important good skin is

try using acne free avaliable at drugstores for about $18.99-20.00 its much cheaper than proactiv and it works really well. i cannot guarantee that it will make your pimples go away by three days but probably within two weeks your face will be healthy as new. although acne products work different on everyone, i am pretty sure that if you have oily-combination skin it will work well on you.

Try putting toothpaste on them at night before you go to bed. My son and his friends swore by it.
