Palmers Cocoa butter prior to and after birth. Vitamin E oil, They dont eliminate them but they fade the appearance of the strech marks.

Stretch marks are hereditary
No amount of lotion or cocoa butter or any other product is going to get rid of them
They might have helped prevent some while pregnant

but not surgery is the only method

You can't, it's a scar. It like having a run in your nylons, there's no repairing it The only thing you can do is make them lighter so it's not that noticable. Go down to your local drug store and take your pick. They have alot to choose from. Some are specially made for stretch marks.
