heck no, the earlier you start taking care of your skin the better. You should have a nightly routine starting out with taking off your make up every night. Eating right, not smoking or drinking to excess helps tremendously too. And take a vitamin supplement with either fish oil or flax seed oil.

The sooner you start using anti aging products the longer you can stave off the effects of aging. I think you should start moisturizing now as well. That is just one step in a good skin care routine. My pick is Mary Kays TimeWise skin care. They have a 3 in 1 cleanser and a great moisturizer. And they come in two formulas one for normal to dry and one for combination to oily. I am oily as well, and the moisturizer does not make my skin oily at all. I love it! You should give it a try. You can find it here:

Always moisturize, even oily skin needs attention. And they make great moisturizers for oily skin. It's never to soon to start using anti-aging products. The eyes seem to show age first so use a great eye cream.

You should start taking care of your skin right now. When the skin has finally aged it's difficult to bring back the glow in it. Anti aging depends on your skin. Ideally late 20's or early 30's but better care of your skin can keep it younger longer.

Go talk to the people at Clinique. It is never to early to start taking good care of your skin. I used to work for them, and they train us to know what YOUR skin needs. You can find them in a dept. store in a mall usually.

Your never to young to want stay young looking. I've been recommending this to just about everyone with gray hair and /or wrinkles, oily skin...because it works so good, I had to share it. I found it by accident a year or so ago and I've been using it ever since. It's a powdered drink you take on an empty stomach every night before bed. I copied and pasted it for you to read.... you can get it online or at any health/suppliment store it comes in lemon or orange flavor, I use the orange, I didn't like the lemon......Secretagogue-One is a breakthrough in natural hormonal manipulation. Years of research by leading scientists, biochemists and anti-aging specialists led to the development of this revolutionary dietary supplement.
Secretagogue-One is a natural dietary supplement designed to support your body in releasing more of its own Human Growth Hormone (HGH). Secretagogue-One⢠uses HGH precursors, with a pharmaceutical grade glucose polymer and effervescent delivery system, to trigger your pituitary gland to release more Growth Hormone.
What is HGH?
Human Growth Hormone or HGH, (also known as somatropin) is produced by the pituitary gland. HGH is essential for growth and regeneration of cells and tissues. Specialists in anti-aging medicine have tagged HGH as "The Fountain of Youth!"
Your body's production of HGH is very high during childhood and adolescence. Unfortunately, after age 20 the release of HGH by the pituitary gland falls at a rate of approximately 14% every 10 years. By age 60, a loss of 75% or more of HGH is not uncommon. The physical symptoms such as wrinkles, increased body fat, loss of muscle mass, loss of energy and other signs that normally accompanies aging is directly related to this decrease in the production of HGH.
Many studies have been performed to research the benefits of HGH. Scientists and doctors have identified numerous positive results from HGH therapy.
Benefits of HGH Therapy:
• Increase in Muscle Mass (without exercise)
• Loss of Body Fat
• Improved Sexual Function
• Improved Sleep
• Better Skin Tone
• Restoration of Hair Color
• Stronger Bones
• Great Cardiac Output and More
• Tightening of skin
Dr.Daniel Rudman, an endocrinologist from Madison, Wisconsin, conducted one of the most popular studies on Growth Hormone in 1985. In this study, 12 men ages 61 to 80 years old were given injections of synthetic HGH. In six months, without changing their diet, exercise or smoking habits, these men lost 14% body fat while gaining an average of 8.8% lean muscle. They also showed an increase in bone density and improved skin texture. Dr. Rudman correlates these improvements to a regression of the aging process by 10-20 years.
The men in this study noticed other changes as well. Several men experienced a significant increase in their sex drive. One subject reported a significant loss in facial and hand wrinkles, as well as renewed physical energy. Another man found that his gray hair began to restore its original color. In contrast, the control group in this study, which received no HGH, experienced no improvement in any area.
The results of this study were published in the New England Journal of Medicine. The Rudman study opened the eyes of the medical community to the amazing benefits of HGH therapy.
However, as promising as this all seemed, there were some drawbacks to this "Fountain of Youth" such as: the inconvenience of daily injections, the expense (as much as $12,000 a year), and the possibility of side effects. Fortunately, after more than 10 years of research and development there is a safe, convenient and affordable alternative, Secretagogue-Oneâ¢.
Secretagogue-One is currently being used for HGH therapy by Longevity Institute International (LII) and many other anti-aging centers as an alternative to synthetic injections. Secretagogue-One⢠has proven to be as effective and safer than injections.
