I'm 31 yrs of age and I have noticeable hairs on my lip (I'm brown skinned) I've been debating whether I should or not.I know once you wax you always have to wax right? Same with shaving the lip.

prom is coming up in a little less than a month and im deffinetly not tan enough. i want to indoor tan but i really need tips such as how long, what kind of lotion to use and so on. im fairly white right now but i do tan and rarely burn. i was thinking of getting one of those vibrateing ones but the replacemet blades cost up the wazooo i think i am going to have to purchase some kinde of a non disposable one such as venus vibrance or another brand or type or something any ideas and recomandations if im gonna pay alot for a razor because once u buy one u have to commit to that razor andits blades and what not its not cheap to keep switching nondisposable razors

I really want to do it, but I don't want people to know the real reason.
