it`s not an absolute necessity...i do if i have something planned for after like work, an appointment, or whatever...but it doesn`t really matter, unless u use one of the lotions with bronzer, in which case you`d want to wait a couple of hours to make sure the bronzing agents have time to be properly absorbed into your skin ....

i dont think it matters. i tan in a tanning bed all the time, and some days i come home and take a shower and some days i dont. just depends how dirty you fell afterwards and if you were sweating or not.

Are you tanning while doing hard labor in a dust filled climate? If yes, then YES.

go ahead. washing off a tan is impossible. unless it's a spray tan
