I'm 31 yrs of age and I have noticeable hairs on my lip (I'm brown skinned) I've been debating whether I should or not.I know once you wax you always have to wax right? Same with shaving the lip.

Of the two waxing is much better because the hair grows finer but it can cause rashes and you will have to wait for the hair to grow back to a certain length before you wax again. However a much better solution would be using a home threading device called eze-tweeze which removes the hair from the root just like waxing and you don't have to wait until your hair is long enough to be removed. Google it or check out the web site to see how it works. I use it and it is really easy.

there's a huge distinction between shaving and waxing. do no longer shave your higher lip. you'd be so sorry even as it grows decrease back like a guy's mustache. Waxing isn't intense priced, that's about $10 and also you in straightforward words favor to do it about once a month.

Waxing is better. It lasts longer & over time the hair grows back finer. You do not have to continue to do it either because the hairs are plucked at the root, they grow back at different times.

Shaving leads to 5 o'clock shadow which is worse. The hairs are cut & the blunt ends create stubble as the lip hairs grow back.

shaving will make the hair darker and noticeably thicker. it will also start to grow back after a day, whereas waxing will grow back after about a week. waxing also does not make the hair darker or thicker, so i'd go with waxing. you could also bleach it.

I think it's best to use a Braun or Emjoi epilator. You don't need to shave there. Shaving will only last about a day or two. Waxing or epilating will remove the hair for four to six weeks.

Waxing is better. If you shave, the hair will grow back stiffer and worse. Not a good idea.
