heard this tip from a model in France... she fills her sink with COLD water, wraps a towel around her hair to keep it dry... then DUNKS her face in the cold water for a count of 10.
Pat dry gently, moisturize or use toner... and you are fresh, bright-eyed,and definately invigorated.
She also told me all Euro women finish thier shower with a brief blast of COLD water to invigoate the skin.
good luck!

First off use moisturizer. Then, take a shimmery white eye shadow. Put a little on your brush and put it on the inside of your eye (next to your nose, by the little red thing). Just enough that it glows. Not enough that people can tell you're wearing anything. After that curl your eyelashes and put mascara on. It will totally brighten your face. Trust me, I count on it every day.

1.Lemon
Lemon is one of the best ingredients that you can use to promote clear skin. The citric acid present in lemon helps keep the skin clear by removing dead cells, and its vitamin C content helps reduce dark spots by increasing the cell renewal process. Lemon also has bleaching properties that will help improve your overall skin complexion.
2. Turmeric
Turmeric is an excellent antiseptic and skin-lightening agent that helps minimize scars and other marks. Plus, turmeric can alleviate allergic, inflammatory and infectious skin disorders that make your skin look dull and lifeless.

Apricot scrub. Its cheap, its fast, and it works. Thats why its been around for so long. Its classic. And if you want a little more glow, use a subtle highlighter. Physicians Formula looks great
