don't know about that but if you will wait about eight to ten minutes after you paint your nails and then put them under cold running water they will set hard. start by running your hands under water palms up so most of the water runs on the palms of your hands and just runs on your nails a little. Then flip your hands over and run the cold water over your nails. Once you do this they will be set and will not smudge. Works great.

theres a spray stuff you can use from mary kay you should try it
