hello kitty??

Whats the deal. Why is everyone obsessed. I dont get it at all. I think its childish. Why would a older woman wear something with hello kitty? anyone wear them? how come?

Well, teens and young adults wear it cause it kinda goes back to that sexy school girl thing, but as for the oler women...I think it is mostly them trying to feel cute/hip/younger.

I personally dont wear hello kitty.

I am 23 y/o female and love hello kitty( hello kitty originated in Japan) and always will. I'm Filipino and hello kitty is popular with Asians. When I was young and living in Hawaii, it was a huge deal there. I came over to CT and NO ONE knew about it. Now all of a sudden it's everywhere. It's actually annoying. It used to be rare, but now you can go to Target and Walmart and buy it lol. AND no I don't wear HK clothing but I do own pajama pants. I don't see it as being childish-it's like a childhood memory for me, remembering when getting hello kitty was the coolest thing, and now it's being an adult, working, school and paying bills!!

That is how I feel about fat older women wearing Pooh and Disney on their shirts...if I think something like that is cute I put it on my 2 year old, not myself

i`ve been collecting hello kitty stuff for most of my adult life & i`m well past 30...i luv it!!! i have purses, shirts, underwear, plush...u name it, i`ve probably got it!!! hello kitty ROCKS!!! i don`t care if others think it`s silly or not...if u don`t like it, then u don`t have to look at it...i`ll wear whatever i want!!!
