Makeup - March 2007

Ok i really usually dont do this but i had this really annoying zit that kept growing and until i found out about the whole toothpaste thing i didnt know what to do so i popped it but now its like this whole open indented patch of raw skin and i cant cover it up cuz u see the indent!!
Is there any REALLY good cover up method or some way to heal it faster? And dont tell me stop squeezing zits cuz trust me I know!!

What would you suggest? Maybelline? Cover Girl? Revlon??
Right now I use the Almay tinted moisturizer. I like it, but want to try something else...maybe with a bit more coverage.

I have dark hair, light brown (sometimes dark though) eyes and a med. complection.

The picture I have attached was taken a couple months ago - I'm little lighter now.

So a little about me: kinda dark brown eyes (which i hate btw. how i envy those with green & blue eyes!) and brown hair with redish hilights (not that noticable). My face shape is in between being slightly oval and slightly heart shaped (or whatever it's called).

Anyways I'm sick and tired of my same old makeup. It's usually eyeliner & mascara & eyeshadows (nudes, whites, and now purples)

I'm looking for ideas that will make my eyes look even a little more pretty. Cuz those damn brown eyes are just blah. Suggestions on what colour eyeshadows/eyeliner will make my eyes pop are greatly appreaciated! And I hate the gothic style/emo style makeup. So no thank you!

I have become obsessed by girls who wear heavy makeup because my wife and ex-girlfriend only wanted me to like them without makeup. For my wife, wearing makeup was to look pretty as a musician, and she told me its a mask, and that I shouldnt like her look because it was for other boys. My ex-girlfriend wore makeup when I met her but when I told her I liked her look, she stopped wearing makeup. She told me that she looked gorgeous for her other boyfriends because they dont tell her they like her look, but she had issues looking gorgeous for me because I told her I liked her look, even though I told her I like her natural look as well. Now I have become obsessed with girls who wear tons of makeup because I was not allowed to like it. How much makeup do you wear and if I was your bf, may I like how you look?

How can I get rid of swollen/puffy eyes in the morning...preferably before I go to school. I get plenty of sleep atleast 8 hours every night and I always wash off all of my makeup and eye makeup. The puffyness is mostly around my eyelids, not under the eye, and this has been happening recently, not all the time before. Its hard to put on my makeup in the morning when my eyes aren't their natural almond shape. Anything I can buy or do differently before I go to bed or wake up in the morning?

P.S. I'm a teenager

makeup is designed to sit on the skin, not be absorbed into it + it can't have evaporated, so where has it gone + why does it fade?

Im quite pale so i was thinkg of using sunbeds as i know they make you get a really nice colour but not to sure as i know how they damage the skin. Ive been using johnson holiday skin but it is so timely applying it everyday and even then i dont really notice the difference. What should i do?
Also if i use sunbeds will i go brown straight away.

my under eye is very dry and has alot of fine lines due to dryness and i dont want to get permanant wrinkles if i dont take care of it can i put cocoa butter under it or vasaline or something thats not anti wrinkle chemical cream i want to stay away from that or at least try to.

I've been wearing contacts for years. I used to have colored contacts and loved them, but when I got married my husband liked me with clear ones better. I switched from Freshlooks to Acuvue...which was fine. Well I'm going on a long 6 wk trip and wanted colored contacts so I ordered from 1800-contacts. They are in and they keep moving around in my eyes. It looks really bad too because they are colored and you can totally see them moving. I'm leaving in a couple days and can't do anything about returning/exchanging them right now. Is there anything I can do or use (like drops, etc.) to make them stop doing this? Or will they eventually just stop? Whats the reason for this?
