i heard Mary Kay's was great, any other brands? it is true?

Mary Kay is great... that's not a lie... Maybeline sucks.. it smudges too easy... Lancome liners are pretty good too.... MAC fuid liners are great also... you should try them... liquid doesnt smudge as easy but could get messy if you dont use it well and it takes a lot of practice to master its use.... but Mary Kay is the best..

mary kay and maybellines liquid waterproof eyeliner is great i wear it when i hit the club so when i come out i dont look a mess

liquid eyeliner won't smudge. i have one from Sephora, the brand is Lorac i believe. this one can be used dry or as liquid. it comes in a little case of 8 colors. you put a drop of water in it and use the brush that comes with it. it stays on perfectly all day.

I adore covergirl's and almay's waterproof mascara they dont smudge at all.

Benefit BADgal liner is good!
Avon ones are good! These are all pencil ones, not liquid eye liners.
