i don't think it's just latin girls. a lot of girls in general like eyeliner. it brings emphasis to the eyes, which is what you want people to notice when you are talking to them.
i'm latin and wear eyeliner, but so do all my other friends, which are mostly white.

I'm latin and yes i use an eyeliner every day. I like to accentuate my brown eyes and to help their shape become seductive. That's all :)

LOL...thats funny. I don't believe its just Latin women that love eyeliner. Im African American and l like it too...I just don't rim my whole eye with a thick line...not good for almond shaped eyes. Makes them look smaller.

cause they want to look seductive? lol. i really don't why. I guess it makes their eyes look better if they use eyeliner.

Im Colombian and my eyes are chunkey.. so i sometimes look kind of "asian" and it just makes my eyes stand out.... they just look more deffining... specially when i wear it on my top lid... but yea most latinas use it for more deffined eyes.. so they can stand out!

Um idk but it's not just Latin girls. practically every girl loves using a lot of eye liner.
