Well i have really light skin and im looking for a foundation that blends in really well so i dont end up with that heavy make up feeling or stained skin

I am 12 years old and im in 7th grade. im supposed to be in sixth grade because i skipped 2nd grade. anyway, everyone in 7th grade wears makeup. even though i am younger than all the 7th graders should I start wearing makeup?

What is a light, quick, non pore clogging POWDER I can use? Also eye shadow, but nothing dark. I'm 17, darkish blonde hair, green brown eyes, and light skin. Any suggestions are helpful. Thanks!

I have really REALLY pale skin! every foundation I get works for the first time or once i get it on it turns orange and dry after a little bit of wearing it! i have tried wearing mousterizer under it and it doesn't help...I have heard of MAC but I;m not sure if it is that good for the price? my budget is 15 and that is pushing it. A friend of mine told me today that she had some eyelashes just fall out. Apparently they are in one spot, but with make up on you don't notice it.
