i think eyeshadow looks best when it matches the most prominent color in your outfit

All the warm colors are good for you (reds,orange, yellows) . this colors would help the color of your eyes look pretty blue.Do not use any blue that can be the worst mistake you can do. Good luck.

purple or green>>>for a dramatic look that people will absolutely love, use a light color for your eye lid, than in the crease of your lid, put a darker color, it creates depth in your eyes !!!
