Do you mean shimmery shine or glossy shine? Shimmery shine is easy, just buy shimmery shadows or pigments. Glossy is harder, you can buy eye gloss (Rimmel makes one), or apply Vaseline on top of your shadow, but it'll crease like mad either way. Not a good look.

Well you should really buy the creamy or sparkly power type eyeshadow, but if you dont have any then swipe a little shimmery bronzer over your eyeshadow.

Use shawdo that has some shine to it,but what i do with plain shawdo is just put it on kinda heavy,then go over it a few times with silver eyeliner

You can dust a bit of shimmer on top of it.
Or you can use petroleum jelly on your lids to get that glossy look.
