Well the blackness can actually be bruises. The tissue under your eye is extremely delicate, rubbing your eyes alot can cause these dark spots under your eyes. try taking used tea bags and refrigerating them, when they are cool place them on your eyes for about 10-20 minutes, until they lose the cool feeling. Stop rubbing your eyes, blot instead. You can also try an under eye treatment loreal has some really good products for this. Try using eye drops to stop the itching. hope this helps. and by the way make-up will only cover it temporarily and sometimes just makes it look worse.

Do you mean black holes or black circles under your eyes?
You can use a standard eye brightening cream or de-puffer cream (try Origins Eye-Doctor), then a concealer thats about a shade or two lighter than your natural skin tone under your eyes (try Clinique all about eyes concealer) and then if you want to mask it even more- use a neutral skin base for the eyes. (I use Clinique's touch base in "buff" and i love it!)

Ah,yeah there is creams out there for that. they should be at your general store. And you could just apply make-up on them to hide them.
