HIYA!
Well i have really light skin and im looking for a foundation that blends in really well so i dont end up with that heavy make up feeling or stained skin

I recommend Loreal Paris True Match in either of the 3.
1. W1-Porcalin(W=warm undertone or
golden tones on plam of hand)
2. N1-Soft Ivory(N= natural undertone or
beige tone on plam of hand)
3. C1-Ablaster (C= cool undertone or
pink or bluish tones on plam of hand)

Well, I'm just about as light as you, and I've been using the Maybellene's 'Pure Makeup-procelain ivory' foundation for about 1 1/2 years...it's light, doesn't clog your pores, and it blends pretty well.
If that doesn't work, my only suggestion would be to get a custom-blended foundation...

I agree. I am super pasty pale, and the Maybeline Dream Mouse is freakin' awesome!! It makes my skin look soft and silky and NOT at all oily. And it doesn't take very much at all!! So it lasts for a really long time!!! It's awesome...and best part is...it's about $6!!!

I have porceline skin and like a few others I LOVE Maybelines Dream Mousse. It looks creamy and natural and doesn't take long to put on.

i use bare minerals. i know youve seen it on tv. it costs a little more but it is very natural looking & you cant feel it on. they have kits for all skin tones.

i am also very pale.
i wear mac fondation it goes on really good and doesnt make you look like ur wearing heavy makeup...
i would also suggest bare minerals.. it goes on super lite
