My skin is oily and I am looking for an oil-free product that will look natural on my face.any ideas? also what is the product that you use for your face before putting on your makeup? what powder should i use?

when useing a foundation sponge am i ment to wet it a bit.cause i put the foundation on a dry sponge and find that the foundation sinks into the sponge.i thew away the packet ages ago.

I need help to make my lipstick last longer and let me tell you I have tried everything...e.g. blotting it first then putting on another layer, putting foundation on the lips first, blotting it with pressed powder through a tissue. So far the best trick I have found is to use lipcote...but it somehow distorts the colour a bit when I use it? Any suggestions on how to make lipstick last longer????

Alright, some basic info; I rarely wear makeup, unless I'm at a dance performance, so while I know how to apply it, I may not be too good on technical terms or specific style names. So keep that in mind. ^^;

I don't like heavy makeup, and I avoid foundation and blush entirely. However, I would like to have a few ideas on colors and styles for my eyes and lipstick colors.

Rather than trying to describe myself, I have a few pics to show my face and eye shape. My camera likes to randomly eat the lighting and screw up colors, so know that my eyes are dark brown, my skin is golden toned, and my hair is brown-red. I'm of mixed ethnicity, and I would especially like to bring out an ethnic look (which shouldn't be too hard.)
